Hi, my name is Tamara van den Broek. I have a masters degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and have been working as a change and communications manager since 2005.

Assignments
After having worked in Shell for over 16 years I started my own company, TransVolution Consulting in 2021. Since then I've completed interim change management and consultancy assignments for other large international corporate organizations like Nike and Ahold Delhaize.
